Total weight, box included
Boxfit adds the empty weight of the chosen box or mailer to your item weights and writes the total to the order, so the number on the label matches the scale. Item weights come straight from Shopify.
Splits oversized orders, flags the rest
When an order is too big for one box, Boxfit splits it across packages, each sized and weighed on its own. When nothing fits, it flags the order instead of forcing a box or failing silently, so the packer has a clear next step.
Per-location and third-party aware
Shipping from more than one location? Boxfit packs each fulfillment location on its own. Items handled by a third-party fulfillment service are left to that service, never double-packed.
A shipping-cost estimate per order
Boxfit estimates each order's shipping cost from billable weight and carrier flat-rate boxes to help you choose packaging. Every figure is labeled an estimate from typical carrier rates, not your carrier account.
Paperwork the bench can use
One print gives you a clean customer packing slip for the box and an internal pick and pack sheet with sizes, weights, and packing directions. Print a batch from the orders list, or set product sizes in bulk with a CSV.
